There will be a $30.00 fee charged on checks returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. A copy of the PO must accompany the completed registration form.

Registration

 

Under New User, click Sign Up and complete all questions.

 

Once Registration is complete you should receive a confirmation number, as well as a confirmation email to the email address you registered with.

 

This confirmation will serve as your invoice to submit to your school district if needed.  

 

If you plan on registering on-site with a PO, a valid email for you and your school's bookkeeper must be supplied.  

Cancellation Policy:    

Written requests for refunds or cancellations should be emailed to info@arkansasacte.org.

All requests must be received by July 15. Cancellations received after July 15th are non-refundable. 

 

Late payment Policy: 

1.5% will be added monthly to the outstanding balance after 60 days of nonpayment.
