Award candidates move from the state level (at our Arkansas summer conference in July) to the regional level the following year (Region IV is held in the spring), then to the national level at Vision that winter. Then those winners at Vision serve as national award winners the following year. This means that the state winners pictured below who were recognized at our 2022 summer conference are listed as 2024 winners as well as the ones who won at the regional level this past March.
